Gender Equality Plan
ECONSULTA SRL is committed to equal opportunities, non-discrimination and respect for all individuals, regardless of gender, gender identity or family situation.
Our Gender Equality Plan applies to management, staff and collaborators. It addresses work–life balance and organisational culture; gender balance in leadership and decision-making; recruitment and career progression; integration of the gender dimension into projects; and measures against gender-based violence and harassment.
As a small company working principally with collaborators, ECONSULTA commits to reviewing the plan annually and monitoring relevant indicators as the organisation develops.
